Jake is an excellent realtor! I am always so impressed each time I interact with him. He's got class and that is how he represents his clients! He is knowledgeable about the Southern Utah area and can be a great resource when looking to buy or sell a home.

We used Jake to sell our home. He is a respectable man and an outstanding realtor. He worked hard on our behalf. With his expertise and vigilance, he got us top dollar! I highly recommend you work with him to sell you current home and/or buy the house of your dreams!

Great realtor! He was so helpful to me purchasing my house. He knew the areas, was very organized and listened to what details were important to me. I've constantly recommended him to my friends and family. Whenever I need a realtor in the future, Jake will be the first person I call.

Jake has done an amazing job for Lisa and I. Jake sold our home in Toquerville and we were able to get two full price offers in one day! He has helped me on numerous transactions over the past two years; he has bent over backwards to help us! Thank you Jake Peart!

My wife and I met Jake about 4 or 5 years ago on our trip to St George. We were out visiting friends and enjoyed Southern Utah so much we decided to start looking for a home. We met with Jake to look at a property in Toquerville. That did not pan out but Jake spent many hours taking us around the area every time we came to visit. He probably thought we would never find our next home but he persevered with the patience of a Saint and helped make it happen. Truly one of a kind in the realty business. Not only is he our Realtor but a friend as well.

We just moved to the area from out-of-state, and Jake was recommended to us by our lender. He was extremely helpful and professional, communicated clearly, and made our home-buying process enjoyable! He was even patient and accommodating to my wife's questions and concerns from 1000 miles away. Once we found the home we wanted, he advocated for us and gave us clear, honest guidance on how to move forward. 100% recommend!
